Our History.

Dr. Robinson formed Noble Creek Consulting in July of 2020 – the COVID year – to help businesses and agencies/organizations to survive and thrive in these challenging times. We look forward to a bright future, helping you to achieve your goals.

Noble Creek Consulting maintains a network of subject matter experts and former public and private sector executives. They can bring their years of experience to help provide advice, information, and solve problems.

Our Founder.

Dr. Robinson is a driven executive consultant with proven success in employee-owned, publicly-traded, privately-owned, PE-backed, and government environments. He has more than 26 years of consultant/contractor experience with a primary focus on civil infrastructure management and maintenance. He has served as the President/COO of a major corporation, which has given him a solid understanding of the executive perspective. As an Engineer, Dr. Robinson is a natural problem solver.

He has a passion for diving in to help fix/optimize problem projects, programs, business units, and companies, including improving and managing critical customer relationships. He has a history of assisting customers to successfully implement innovative, ground-breaking programs in the real world, including performance-based programs in both maintenance and construction. Dr. Robinson has proven experience in developing and implementing growth strategies – both organic and acquisition-based. This includes supporting the evaluation, acquisition, and integration of five companies into his previous organization, and growth strategies that resulted in 11x growth in one organization, and 2.5x growth in another. Dr. Robinson has three degrees in Civil Engineering, is a licensed professional engineer (Ontario), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a proud member of the Queen’s Football Hall of Fame in Canada.
