  • Project Optimization – When looking to improve your program/portfolio, it is tempting to focus solely on the problem projects. Fixing the problem projects helps for sure, but getting your top performing projects to produce even better results can have just as large of an impact.  We assist top performing teams to find different and better ways of accomplishing their mission.  This helps in the short term to drive results and also provides a competitive advantage for re-competes.
  • Fixing Problem Projects – You know the ones. They keep you up at night.  They hurt your numbers and your reputation.  We use a systematic, proven approach to turn these projects around and ease the pain that they cause.

Innovation.

Innovation takes many forms.  It can be a business process improvement, a new technology, a new software tool, or a new physical tool/piece of equipment, to name a few.  It can be tough to make time to innovate due to the daily pressures of managing growth and operations.  We can help.  Innovating can both drive improved results and give you a competitive advantage for re-competes and new business.

  • Identification – We work with you to listen and understand the challenge or opportunity you are trying to address. Once we have that understanding, we will use a combination of inputs from our industry experts and inputs from your team to identify potential solutions.
  • Piloting – We are firm believers in piloting an innovation before full implementation. We will work with you to identify the size, location, and timing of the pilot, and then assist you with the process.  We will help you gather lessons learned and help to make adjustments/changes as needed.
  • Implementation – You only get the results if your team implements and adopts the solution. We will work with you to help engage your team, help educate them on the benefits and how to implement the innovation, and provide encouragement to enhance proper usage.  We can also help you measure and track results.
